Thomas & Linda’s Mornington Peninsula Wedding | Summerfields Estate and Country House

November, 25, 2017 |

The word “amazing” seems to be a little understated to describe Thomas and Linda’s wedding. In fact, it’s the only word that I could come up at the time of writing this article.

So sit back and enjoy the ride as it doesn’t get any better than this.

When we arrived at their Studio 9 apartment in the morning, where the boys getting ready for the big day, the first thing that hit us was the Nintendo classic mini, sitting tight and neat, waiting to be in the shot. We knew things would go wrong if we ignored the calling.

But what to do with it, when there are 9 eager boys who all wants a piece of action? Take turn of course! Unfortunately we didn’t have that much time, as Thomas about to put on his vest. He got a wedding to attend after all.

When all suited up and ready to rock, Tom had a bit of pleasant surprise waiting in his bed room. It was a Rolex that Linda secretly hid few days earlier. Safe to say, it almost made the big boy cry. What a wedding gift.

Moving on to Summerfields Estate where our beautiful bride, Linda and her family are getting ready. We were greeted by a beautiful country house, surround by gardens, lake, and 2000 olive trees. Needless to say, the view is breath taking. It would be a dream comes true to get married here. Couples take note 🙂

I’m no stranger to the Bui’s family. Being the second youngest of the five spices, but the last to get married. Linda was blessed and surrounded by all her loving sisters, nieces and nephews on the most important day of her life.

The ceremony started soon after, but not before Thomas and his groomsmen had to oblige a last request from his bride, a whiskey shot straight up. To this day I’m still wondering if it was an actual request from Linda or Thomas just made it up to have a last drink with his mates. Who knows.

The rest of the day went by just like a dream, with so much laughter, joyful tears, and more surprises. Linda loves surprises and she made sure you do too. Wouldn’t say no to a grand finale of fireworks. Can’t beat that. What a awesome wedding.
