Yeah so I met these two young love birds few months back while I was covering Emily’s 21st party. I was surprised to find out then, they just got married not too long ago. So it was another pleasant surprise when Emily contacted me for their wedding anniversary portraits. I mean, some prefers a romantic dinner with flowers and gifts. These guys wanted to have their first anniversary to be remembered for many years to come.
They love the beach so we picked Brighton beach for this particular reason. The colourful bath houses has always been an attraction to such photo shoots, so we decided to have some fun with it before heading down to the pier later on.
One thing I always tell the couples before the shoots, is that, I’d like to see their love and affection like they would do any ordinary day. Being comfortable around each other and you will forget I am even here. For Luke & Emily, I did not have to explain a lot. These guys are so much in love and comfortable around each other. I just had to take a step back and watch how their love story unfolded.
