Darren & Johanna tied the knot at the Victorian Marriage Registry after 7 years together and one kid. It’s about time Johanna laughed. We think so too.
We first met this couple last year at Tony & Kristian’s same sex wedding at the Second Story Studios in Collingwood. So when it was finally their turn, we were so honoured they chose us to be their wedding photographer as well.
The ceremony merely took about 15 minutes inside the Thomas Hyde room, but the real fun began when we walked out to the Treasury Gardens for some family photos and some for their own in turn.
The photo shoot was quite laid back, and very few directions to keep both Darren and Johanna comfortable. We think that worked well for the final photos as they turned out quite natural, just how they wanted.
