What is your policy for cancellation during covid lockdown?
Generally, if you change the wedding date due to covid restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, there will be no additional fee, subjective to availability. If we're unavailable, unfortunately, you will lose the deposit paid upfront. However, if your wedding falls during lockdown period and you have to cancel until further notice. We will issue full refund.
How far in advance we need to book you?
Generally between 8-12 months. Although, we have been booked 2 years in advance. So we encourage you to lock us in as soon as you’ve made the decision to avoid disappointment.
Can we have the RAW files?
Sorry but short answer is No. Raw (unedited) files are unfinished artwork, much like raw ingredients used to cook a dish you order at a restaurant, they are not completed and nor up to the standards that you would expect and hire us for. The beautiful images you see on our website/portfolio have gone through post processing (image correction, colour enhancement and creative cropping, etc...) and ready to print as is. We would not compromise your experience with an incomplete product and damage our brand/reputation which take us years to build and get to where we are now.
What album do you use?
Best you can get. We use only professional printing lab to make sure the image quality & workmanship is guaranteed to last many years to come. Our albums are hand made right here in Melbourne and come with Certificate of Authenticity so you can rest assured your precious memory will be protected.
Do you offer wedding photo & video package?
Yes, we have a in-house team of talented videographers that can take care of all your video needs. Ask us about our special photo + video package.
We're having a destination wedding, do you travel?
YES! We love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel Interstate shooting weddings. Send us more information on your travel plans, and we will create a custom wedding collection to suit your needs. Don't worry, in most cases, our destination wedding collection only cost a little more than our normal packages just to cover the travel fee.
What if you are unable to shoot our wedding?
In an unfortunate event if we become unavailable to shoot your wedding (this includes sickness, injury, family emergency etc...), one of our other team member will take over. The last thing we want is for you to stress about looking for another photographer. However, if you do choose this option, all your deposits up to date will be fully refunded.
We are getting married on a weekday, do you have a special rate?
We understand most of our weddings falls on Saturdays & Sundays, which leaves us extremely busy on the weekend and...not so much during the week. Therefore, to balance our work load, we offer 10% off all our packages if you choose to get married on a weekday.
We love your photos, but we found someone cheaper. Do you match it?
We take extreme pride in our artworks as it has taken us many years to develop the skills & experience to get to the level we are now. You can say that's what makes us apart from other photographers who have different creative mindset and values. If you love our work but our pricing is out of range, we can help with different payment plans to suit your financial situation. We trust when you receive your final artwork, you will come to realise it was the best decision you've ever made for your special day.
